Debi Flora

A music and sound therapy treatment with Debi includes using tuning forks, Tibetan bowls, and chimes as she guides you into deep relaxation. As a former massage therapist, she uses many of the principles of neuromuscular therapy with the Acutonics system of vibrational sound healing. Acutonics is an energy medicine rooted in Oriental Medicine. This approach uses the vibrations to manipulate and harmonize the body’s subtle energy systems and fields, connecting body, mind, and spirit in the journey toward optimal health.

Christina Wilson

Christina combines her passion for Yoga, Thai Yoga Bodywork to help clients, musicians, and artists unlock their bodies to use their skills and abilities to their highest potential. Christina received yoga training through the Yoga Alliance and the Yoga Center of Minneapolis. She also learned Mindful Yoga Therapy for Veterans through Suzanne Manafort

Christina is certified in Thai Yoga Bodywork through Tanya Boigenzahn. Ms. Boigenzahn is recognized by Thai Healing Alliance. She holds a Master’s Degree in Music from the University of Minnesota.

Kate Potvin

Kate Potvin, ERYT, first came to yoga in 2004 and immediately loved the rich dialogue she discovered between her body and mind. It was this discovery that led Kate to pursue her Certification in Positive Psychology (CiPP) and study holistic health at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Kate believes in the healing power of yoga and brings a sense of depth and calm to her classes. She specializes in fertility and restorative yoga, although she also loves to turn up the heat in power vinyasa. She currently teaches workshops, teacher trainings, and weekly classes in the Colorado Springs area.

Tad Schexnailder, Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Tad incorporates Vitalistic Chiropractic into his practice. Vitalistic Chiropractic is based on acknowledging and working with the intelligence that goes unnoticed by our physical senses.

Dr. Tad uses specific chiropractic adjustments maintain the mechanical integrity of the spine and underlying nervous system thus ensuring that the body has no trouble in organizing to its highest potential.
